Potato Chip Nachos

Such a great football food or party app! Sooooo good and a nice change from regular nachos.

Ingredients:

4 cups kettle potato chips (4 oz. I found a bag of Jalapeno Flavored Kettle Chips that were sooo good)
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I actually used more but that depends on how cheesy you like things)
1 small tomato, chopped
1 yellow onions, sliced
4 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled (I actually used Real Bacon Bits instead, just to make it easier)
Sour Cream
Option: Jalapeno Slices

Spread the chips out on a microwaveable plate, top with cheese. Microwave until cheese is melted. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients throughout. Serve with sour cream on the side.
